Atmospheric and Vacuum Distillation Plant

BLEST has more than 30 years of experience in design of refining plants. That we designed several atmospheric and vacuum distillation plants makes us gain rich experience and excellent technology in such area. The plant we designed reach the advanced domestic level in terms of energy consumption, safety,environment protection.

Catalytic Reforming Plant

BLEST has taken part in the technology R&D of catalytic reforming process and completed sets of engineering design for such plants. The company has accumulated considerable experience in the reforming technology using the heavier material and lower hydrogen partial pressure to improve the quality of gasoline and yield of hydrogen. and the energy consumption, quality and safety of plants we designed all reached the international level.

Delayed Coking Plant

BLEST has been engaged in engineering design of delayed coking plant over 20 years, and payed more attention to the development and revamping of such coking technology. The plants we designed reach the advanced domestic level in terms of engineering design, energy consumption, safety and environmental protection.

Hydrogenation Refining Plant

BLEST has been engaged in the technology development, revamping and engineering design of different hydrogenation plants, and taken part in engineering and technology development including gasoline hydrogenation, diesel hydrogenation, gasoline,  diesel mixed hydrogenation 
as well as coal tar hydrogenation. BLEST has completed sets of design for industrial plants, all technical and economic indicators have reached the international advanced level.

Caprolactam Plant

As the only engineering company in China that holds in hand all the technologies of toluene process, hydroxylammonium phosphate (HPO) and ammonia oximation (HAO) for caprolactam production with the most abundant references, we designed the largest caprolactam plant in China that reaches the international advanced levels in terms of utility consumption, quality, safety, environmental protection and other technical and economic indicators.

Cyclohexanone Plant

We are No.1 in the number of cyclohexanone plants that have been designed in China with utility consumption, safety and environmental projection at advanced domestic level and product quality meeting fiber-grade requirement.

CPL Polymerization Plant

We are one of the pioneers in localization of large caprolactam polymerization plant that is characterized by technological rationality, high automation level, and low energy consumption and investment with products meeting high-speed spinning requirements.

Styrenic Block Copolymer (SBC) Plant

We are one of the earliest engaged in SBC engineering research and design. We designed the domestically largest plant for flexible 

SBS/SIS/SEBS/SSBR production that is leading in economical and technical indicators.

Synthetic Rubber Plant

As a member of technical development group for the first isoprene commercial plant in China, BLEST has more than 30 years of experience in technical development and engineering design of

polybutadiene rubber plant. We have also undertaken the engineering design of several commercial plants whose utility consumption, quality, safety and environment protection all reached international level.

Propylene Epoxidation Plant

BLEST has been engaged in the technical development and design of allyl chloride, propylene oxide and epichlorohydrin plants for nearly 30 years and completed engineering design for several such plants. In respect of environment-friendly direct epoxidation process, BLEST has carried out research work as well as technological accumulation. It is, therefore, capable of performing engineering design of related plants.
